Based in Zhejiang, China, Pujiang Xuda Apparel (Children’s Wear) Co., Ltd. is a large-scale supplier of baby and toddler clothing in East China.With 16 years of manufacturing experience, over 210 employees and more than 10,000 m² of workshop space, we support wholesale, private label and OEM/ODM orders. We review your product ideas, reference samples, size range, materials and customization requirements before development begins.

02 — PATTERN MAKING & SAMPLING

Turning Ideas into a Working Sample

Patterns are created and adjusted according to the
confirmed design, size range and construction requirements
before sample preparation.

03 — FABRIC PREPARATION & CUTTING

Preparing and Cutting the Fabric

Fabric is prepared, layered and cut according to the approved patterns and confirmed production requirements.

04 — SEWING & ASSEMBLY

Skilled Sewing and Garment Assembly

Cut components are sewn and assembled according to the approved sample, construction details and confirmed order requirements.

05 — QUALITY INSPECTION

Careful Checks Before Packing

Finished garments are checked for workmanship, measurements, appearance and confirmed order specifications before packing.

06 — PACKING & SHIPPING

Packed and Prepared for Shipment

Approved garments are folded, packed and prepared for shipment according to the confirmed order and delivery requirements.
